Each draw takes the full seventy eight card deck, twenty two major arcana and fifty six minor, and pulls without replacement. Each card has a real chance of landing reversed. The cards appear on your screen by name before Lyra says anything about them, so the reading has to work with what actually came up.
She will not diagnose or discuss a medical condition, tell you when someone will die, give legal or financial instruction, or claim contact with a dead person. Ask her and she will say so and offer what she can do instead.
If a conversation turns towards self harm she will stop reading and point you to a human helpline, because that is the only correct answer.
